It seemed a bit intimidating to start guitar lessons at my age (I’m over 40) but Sid has made it easy and fun. I left the first lesson knowing how to play a few chords, and by my second lesson I had learned a classical piece. Sid has a way of explaining theory that makes it easy to grasp. I really enjoy the lessons, and Sid has taught me how to get the most out of my practice time – even the minimal time of ten minutes a day, if that’s all the time I have, is really beneficial. He also incorporates different elements into each lesson so that I am not just learning how to play, but how to play with others and how to perform.
